Working with a Samsung SyncMaster 193P at work, 19" LCD... excellent when digital, not bad in analog. Very bright.

Get the Envision 7220. I shopped them all and this one had the best overall image quality and features and a fantastic price.

It also just won PC Magazine's Editors Choice Award in September.

12 ms refreash rate samsung. I got it and its perfect. Does gaming as well as websites. Great colors and got all the editors choices.

The NEC is good but it doesn't have DVI.

If you can find one I would recommend the year old Mitsubishi nxm76lcd. Perfect color, sharpness and no ghosting in games or movies. A lot of the new panels have limited color palettes so as to give them faster response times. They absolutely stink for graphics work.

I just bought an Apple Cinema 23" and although it is pretty good it has some color issues too. I couldn't recommend it.
