If anyone's interested, drop me a line.. contact info is in sig. Just clearin out my hard-drive getting rid of these designs that haven't been used. Logos will be changed to your company/site, navigation altered appropriately at no cost.

I'll re-work the design or change the color scheme for an additional fee.

None of these have been used online so they're all original, and I'll only sell each design once.

PSD's are included in the Full Site cost, but if you don't want/need the HTML site you can purchase just the PSD for cheaper.

TECHY / TRENDY STYLE--- $65/each Full Site, $50/each PSD-only

CORPORATE / BUSINESS STYLE--- $55/each Full Site, $45/each PSD-only

TemplateMonster designs are cookie-cutter.

They all look the same, and I don't know about you, but I can definitely tell if a site was a TemplateMonster template.

Because TemplateMonster sites are re-sold time and time again. If anyone WERE to purchase one there, the same template could be re-sold to several other companies making their "original site" not so original.

I'm just trying to make a buck selling original designs for less than $100, TemplateMonster sells their unique designs for $1600-3120 (quoted from one template on their front page). I'd say $65 is a *bit* less than that
