The "Semantic Web" is being developed as an upgrade of the World Wide Web by Tim Berners-Lee who created the WWW.
Interesting concepts. Look out for these to be the next big terms: RDF - Resource Description Framework OWL - Web Ontology Language "While the creation of the World Wide Web made the Internet all-knowing, the creation of the Semantic Web makes the Internet cognizant."
