    Whats a good brick and mortar business to get into?

    looking to drop 50-100k into a brick and mortar business my dad can operate.

    what is something where he can make a solid 60k a year doing?

                        property management is a pain in the ass, i wouldnt want to put him thru the bullshit associated with it.

                        i want him to do something pretty easy and laid back..

                        he still plays poker, but he has been doing that shit all of his life.. the life or a professional poker player is ups and downs, time consuming and stressful...

                        i want him to get into something solid that is enjoyable and realitvely stress free

                              You could go with real estate, but rent offices to buisnesses. Much less stress than dealing with renting people homes. and you can make a nice profit with an office building or two.
