sport watches - any recommendations?

i broke my watch awhile back, and am thinking about buying another one. what i'd like is a sports/outdoors watch, something with a built-in digital compass, chronograph, and some sort of altimeter.

does anyone have any recommendations for this sort of watch? i have no clue where to even look.

The Tissot Touch has an : Altimeter, Chrono, Compass, Alarm, Thermometer and a Metro ( Barometer )

Mine cost me about $740.00 here in San Diego a few years ago. ITs worked faultlessley on a recent hike up Mt Whitney.

I see you're in a good mood tonight.

I saw a thread in your honor the other day. The first "twistyneck" thread I believe I've ever seen here.

Timex Ironman, even Bin Laden wears one of those (on his evil hand of course). If a guy who lives his days living in a cave, praying and running from bombs likes one of this watches they must be pretty tough. hey, he even hates america and wears an american watch! it's got to be good?

there are lots in NY ... just look for the guy with the trenchcoat ;-)

seriously tho .. we've got a couple of watch stores here in seattle ... like little kiosks in the mall or in strip malls. problem is, I know you bling - but I don't know what kind of sport watch you're lookin for ... if you want a bling sport watch, hugo, gucci, and prada all make some (or at least slap their logo on them) ... rolexes are actually pretty rugged too, but if you want a really real sport watch ... then I'd just go to fuckin mervin's and buy a timex - they take a lickin and keep on tickin =)

I think it was already suggested in this thread, but swiss army makes a great watch for an okay price

Quiet you should hold off and wait til Vegas.

Tourneau just opened the world's biggest watch store at Caesars Palace Forum Shops. Over 8,000 models to choose from.

I think its 17,000 sq. ft.

Rolex has had that same design forever.

Its so dated and not in touch with current new trends in fine men's watches.

Yeh they make quality and the resale is strong, but that look just is so boring.
