I like the idea of a man of man like Kerik getting the position on many levels.

My main concern would be his diplomacy and management skills. What he has done in the past is great but it pales to what he is going to have to run now. It will take superb leadership and the smarts to put together a good team to get this cluster fuck called home land security working as a well oiled machine.
