Wait a minute. You're talking about censorship of something you don't like or agree with. Let's clarify the difference between fantasy and reallty shall we? I draw the line at sites that COUNSEL people to go out and commit the acts depicted. That is where the law says the line is, and that's where it should stay.

Fantasy is and should be legal. Anyone not liking a certain fantasy site should just keep his or her nose out of that site and let those that do have those fantasies alone to enjoy them. I'd much rather have a few people looking at a fantasy site then have them out there trying to make their fantasies a reality. Wouldn't you?

This is the same as the people that say that fantasy violence on tv and in movies is what's resonsible for all the real violence in society. Duhhhhhhh. People need someone or something to blame for everything.

In my view there is a big difference between heavy BDSM galleries and fake rape galleries.

I have been a TGP gallery reviewer for almost two years now and I have seen almost everything out there that there is to offer. I can look at some serious BDSM stuff and wince but I will let it go because it is (apparently) consenting.

However, every once in a while I get these galleries where the woman (sometimes man) is tied up and someone has a gun at her head or a knife at her throat. Sorry but that is beyond something I will tolerate. Maybe its because I am a woman but it makes me really upset when I see that kind of stuff.

Yet, sex and violence are found in tons of movies including but not limited to horror movies. Slasher movies typically have nudity, sexuality and violence.

Why is it that a scary movie with some gruesome scenes is okay because it's only a movie, but when a website shows similar horrific content it's a bad thing and get's crapped all over with people wanting to censor them? I see this as more than a little hypocritical and selective persecution.

Once you start censoring what people can or can't fantasize about, you are wandering into the Orwellian area of thought police. Do you want your local police force probing your thoughts looking for illegal fantasies that should be private? No? The get on with your site and stop promoting censorship of others. I saw corpsie take a good beating over his site a while back, similar circumstances too. It's bullshit.

Help it or don't help it, that's not the point. The point is that fantasy content has a right to be on a website same as it does in stories or movies. In The Netherlands there is a law for e.g. fake guns or knives, if they look real enough, even though they are made in china from cheap plastic, they are as illegal as the real thing.

Maybe this is a consideration ... if it looks to real it's on the wrong side of the line ...

Maybe it's easier if I just stick to teen galleries ... or is this the beginning of a new discussion
