Best! Domain Registrars - Enom?

I understand there may be several threads regarding good domain registrars but I am looking for the Best as I am going to be moving quite a few domain names and a $1 price difference can mean a lot.

I am specifically looking for comments on Enom's Premium Reseller account. Is this the cheapest major registrar for domains? They seem to have great phone support. Any problems with them or hidden fees? Any bad experiences?

Is there any better companies out there for domain name registrations?

Hope to hear some comments

Not denying that fact, I use them myself. Just clarifying the relationship.

What makes namecheap better than using enom directly since namecheap i am hearing is a reseller?

I see, are there any other very good domain registrars that are resellers of enom that do quite good?
