Just curiouse why some of you choose the pay per email over the pay per signup option.

It depends on your traffic. If you have freeloaders who absolutely won't whip out the CC, send them to the e-mail program. If it's decent traffic that is willing to pay for the high quality stuff, go for the pay-per-signup. Not exactly rocket science, is it?
