HTML.Phishbank.BY is a phishing scam. It has been spammed in e-mail that masquerades as a message from CitiBank. The spammed e-mail may use one of these Subject lines: Banking mail from Citibank or Important Banking Mail.

The body of the e-mail is a graphic.
