All Norwegian Real Estate brokers want to be names as eiendomsmegler or similar, but they don't want to pay the ?17500 I put it out for.

Of course, I must lower the price. What would be reasonable, Taboo - any opinion?

Come on mate, Norway is a top country. BNP / capita is higher then USA. It's one of the richest countries in the world. Prices are naturally very high for everything, it's the most expensive country to live in... in the world !!!!!!!!! So, naturally, prices for real estate should be high.. and so domains should be worth something.

Recently, .SE sales have sold rather high last week on Sedo.

will try another parking service soon which pay higher

Yeah I bet it did..

The scandinavian market (sweden mostly, then denmark) is strongly picking up now, with the exception of norway, grrr

But after all, is it so amazing? Is the market for cruises, and the best domains for it, only worth $16000? Hard to say, I think it will be worth much more in a few years.

Btw, it was a german investor. They are picking/buying everything !!!!!!!
