Holiday hassles

Be it your surfers or you yourself, the holidays seem to have a way of affecting us all. Sometimes it's the traffic that has slowed down, sometimes the sales have dropped and then sometimes, it can be our working motivation that has dropped after dealing with one major holiday knowing that there is another one right around the corner!

So how do we all handle this? Well, that is going to be different for everyone as usual but the one thing that almost all of us need to do is relax a tad more than what we usually do. If a person can manage that, everything else usually will "fall into place" so to speak.

If the traffic slows for awhile, not only will it pick back up but usually after a gift receiving holiday it will increase as the new computers get plugged into the net for the first time. (Newbie surfers are always something worth smiling about!) The same theory applies to sales really. Not only should they pick back up if you did happen to see a drop but again those new surfers can surely help increase them. Now as far as motivation goes, this time of the year can be highly stressful so taking things a little easier than normal isn't always a bad thing. Just remember, when the all the holiday stuff is over with, it's back to work hot and heavy! A small break where you do not work quite as hard as usual can actually help increase your output as that break helps refresh the mind and creativity! So, ,enjoy your holidays and get those New Year plans formed now.
