the only problem you whould have is starting your own model directory or agency from scratch is building up your profiles and models for hire
we can supply new network sites with our data of 1500-2000 model profiles, you can simply change the catergories, use a different theme etc, get listed up and models will start adding to your site
i have done this on various network sites i have areadly so i no it works, the same data was recently used from adulbizz.com to go across adultbizz.com pornicide.com usaadultmodels.com, as you can see theres all different models on each site now, different ones add on each site nearly every day and other time.

what i whould suggest is just coping the data over and you could then run as a worldwide model/ regional directory, which can be the same as pornicide based around letting poeple view the content and joining as members to access contact details, its good to leave the profiles open so poeple can view the models, then if they what to hire models they sign up to gain these.
a simple copy of the model directory into a members area can archive these very simply
i can copy the data over onto a site, if you got a theme or design to use, its as easy as moding that into a couple of header and footer files and your all set to go
Your site will also become one of the network sites, good for us as more sites we get networked up the better we become and good for you as you model submit forms can be added on our networked sites, getting you models adding etc
another option is to create a model agency in the network, you could copy the data other and instaed of being a model directory charge a comission and get all employers contacting you to hire the models instead of letting them contact the models threw the site
You could thin down the listings and only display a few hunderd or 100 quailty models, this whould establish a unquie agency very quciky and you can then have the option of saying that you will only list quailty models. More work is involved with this as you will have to deal with email or telephone numbers of employers, i have done this once on ukadultmodels.com, but i used to get loads of telephone calls and emails every day and i never dealt with them, and decied to switch it back to a pay site, as poeple who need to hire models, who ring and email will sign up if thats the only option to get incontact with the models
pornicide.com is generating around $750 a month for the last few years, thats on only about 300 hits a day from dmoz, i haven't promoted it well or linkked up, wrote articles for resources and promoted the models at all, but i think you could achive them same very easily if it set up and left, if you start promoting and advertising then who nos what you could make
the only places i advertise is regular posts across model forums, its just amatter of having the time to do these things
