    Best e-mail SPAM blocker?

What have you found to be the best and still get your non-spam mails? I just tried Nortons SPAM blacker and it was a joke. I'm getting around 1500 - 2000 SPAMS a day... ugh.

Spamarrest.com works good for me. Senders opt in to send you e-mail and you can block them at will. It's not free and you need an account for each e-mail addy, but it took me from 150 spams a day to 1 or 2 legit ones.
