Its amazing what you can buy in other states.. Something like this will be in the millions in my home town..

i took some of your advices

didnt rent it out as i would of had to give it up really quick once it sold

I did find a nice little beach cottage though in the same town I live in .. guess im not moving to oregon :D

But .. this place isnt worth taking and pictures of lol

Where I live there is still a shortage of housing. They are building a lot though every year. So with more houses available for buyers and the same amount of buyers the prize of current houses will go down.

You are right. I should have been more specific. I was thinking the urban parts of the Netherlands but there is parts of The Netherlands where it will be much cheaper.
Still not in the same pricerange though.
