Leave a room full of drunk chicks? Ummm... No... :1orglaugh

I'd leave a party to sleep in my own bed that was a lot farther away... I figure shitty sleep or spend a few mins and drive home for a nice zzzzzzz... Friends will still be friends.

Why not bring the chick home then ?

Vitasoy 11-29-2004 12:48 AM

Head back home, nothing beats you own bed.

SleazyDream 11-29-2004 12:54 AM

if you were sober and you were driving or it was a SAFE walk (as it was VERY late and it's dangerous for a georgous woman like you to walk alone late at night in some neighborhoods)- then there's NOTHING wrong with going home.

if there was ANY question what so ever as to you being drunk and driving or in ANY danger walking home alone- TAKE THE COUCH.

If you want to leave just go. Why the fuck were you sober though? Especially if everyone else is drunk. I think that is your main problem. :2 cents:

Ok, if your best friend is having a party (no special occasion) and the party gets dumb around 3:30am, but she still expects everyone to crash at her house, would you stick it out, or just go home (10 mins away) to sleep in your own bed?

Cuz I feel bad, but I just went home. I couldn't take being the only sober one around a bunch of drunk people any longer, and so sue me, I wanted to sleep in a bed and not on a loveseat. :(

Life is too short to do silly stuff that will make you miserable and someone else sort of happy. :2 cents:

okny 11-29-2004 03:57 AM

If nothing is going on fuck it go home no reason to bum out.

chodadog 11-29-2004 04:24 AM

Can't even see why it would be an issue.

Hear, hear! Thank you! :)

Next party is at your house, Ellie. Now what do you do? They're too drunk to drive. This would be a bigger pain.

You made the right choice, IME.

I got bored of the drinking scene ages ago ... HOWEVER, go home early on a weekend LOL.

MO: You may need to update your M8s (not meant as an insult) - if you are that border with their antics it may mean you are growing up or you simply need more to keep your brain occupied.

Eli , I think you've done the right thing . Allways it is best to do what you feel in that moment :) .
