missing wires, ever happen to you?
This has happened with two different sponsors now (two different bank accounts also). Wires come in fine, and then just stop. Worse yet, I haven't had either situation resolved. Emailing the sponsors about it is like emailing into the void ... it is sad when big sponsors that convert well don't come through with support when there's a problem.
With the first sponsor, I switched to checks and the checks have been coming in the mail just fine ... no resolution on the two missing wires though With the second sponsor, it just started happening recently and I can't get any response on email. Time to telephone I guess. Has this happened to anyone else?

Aaron, did the problem end up being with your bank or on the sponsor's end?

I have a bigger problem with postal mail checks. To easy for them to just fall into the "check got lost" black hole.

I've been fortunate so far. Every wire has always come through successfully. Sometimes a bit longer than one would expect for all the fees paid.
I know what you mean about getting lost in the void when you try tracing a wire. Sponsors generally don't like to dig up and track down one wire out of many, but without the senders official wire id, you cannot trace it from the receiving end. -Dino |
