Here's what browsers surfers are using

I see a lot of discussion on this board about what browsers are being used most by surfers. So, just thought I would post a snapshot of the last 8 hours to one of my domains. The traffic to this domain is definately "Joe Public" and not webmaster or techie.

Internet Explorer 41,735 73.86%
Firefox 3,556 6.29%
Mozilla Compatible Agent 3,098 5.48%
Netscape 1,810 3.20%
Opera 1,458 2.58%
Safari 1,415 2.50%
Mozilla 909 1.61%

To be honest, I was quite surprised at how many have jumped on the Firefox bandwagon.

Anyone have stats on how many people are using XP as compared to XP Service Pack 2?

Joe Public wouldn't have that high of a Mozilla count.

Good info nonetheless.
