if i send an email for support, how long should i wait for a response before i should start sending more or trying to contact a rep on board? Whats average time most sponosrs take to answer email? Think its slow due to long weekend?

If it's not too major wait til monday but if it's a major problem go to the boards just make sure you don't slam them until it's warranted...
