there are lots of sites online that sell royalty free music CD's for use in any kind of multimedia project. just search on Google for 'royalty free music' and start surfing. some of the music is quite good.

He can either buy some music for really cheap like stated above or let me know what the video is "about" I know tons of bands that will supply music for projects cheap or free for the exposure.

Yeah there's a lot of music whose copyrights have expired but I don't think Count Basie era music would fit well in porn.
