LifestyleVoice.com is also our site and is a free magazine that can be turned into a paid magazine or an XML feed for $$$.

SwingDater.com was just acquired last month and we have just turned it around into making $$$. It?ll take about 6 months to have it at a pretty good level.

We have been steadily growing. November of 2003 was a 4 times increase in revenues than November of 2002. November of 2004 is going to be about double of November 2003. We?re expecting the next year to at least double again.

We also have a contract with a spokes-couple to promote our swinger sites: http://baycouples.com/pr.html . They have already appeared on Oprah, Playboy radio, many local radio stations and are schedule to appear on ABC?s 20/20 in the next couple of months. They also host our events.

Our code was written by one of the best Silicon Valley programmers and is very scalable.

One more thing I forgot to mention: We are CA based corporation
