    wtf my hosting company wont bill me

    i wont name the company but some of you may know as i post about them in all hosting threads witch i am starting to regret

    but anyways
    they manually process the CC payment .. they say 24 hours .. it has been almost a week now ...

    they also have it set up to auto bill you if you want ... but i dont want that at all and they have it checked by default on the payment form so i asked to them make sure they dont do that as i use my epassporte card and I normaly leave it empty

    but anyways .. i submited a help request about it about 3 days ago .. not responce yet ... should I wait an dsee if they turn my account off or should I have to be aggressive to get them to bill my damn card?

    I dont do anything with this server
    just a personal server i use to host an image if i need it posted some where or anyhting so i wont lose money if it goes down


    arg im just frustrated with stupid hosting companys

      3 days of no response from any hosting company is un-acceptable. should be 24 hour live help available and icq #'s to contact someone directly.

                  too long they might disconnect your server for not paying for it for sure. Try to contact them again.

                                      if you don't have anything important on that box, then let them bill you. obviously if your income sites were there then you would contact them to make sure the box didn't go down.
