do apple 200pin pc2700 notebook memory work with pc laptops ?
the pc also uses 200pin pc2700

i would say it probably does since apple has been using standard memory for about the past 3 or 4 years

Yes, as long as the memory requirements of both computers are the same the brand of ram and the brand of computer won't matter.
