Out of your 4 buddies who own mustangs and camaros you have come to solid factual conclusions, good stuff :1orglaugh How many black friends do you have, jews, mexicans? Are the majority of those racila stereotypes true also? :glugglug

That was just sarcasm. No worries. :winkwink:

This is what I've seen. It's not that all Mustang drivers are that way, it's just a large percentage of people who feel the need to do that with their cars are Mustang drivers. The car is marketed that way. It's the same for kids who drive ricers. :2 cents:

I never mentioned race. You keep showing your lack of intellegence. You need to seek some help, you've clearly got some issues.

And I'm not basing this on my friends. I'm basing this on what I see on the road daily. Those driving neons or camrys or pickup trucks or M3s or corvettes or vipers or just about anything but mustangs don't go rev happy on me all the time (including as I said while passing on the other side of the road). Mustangs do it a totally disproportionate amount of the time. It's true, whether you can deal with or not, it is.

However, I did have a Airborn Express truck rev his engine at me the other day, that was interesting.

The fact that you can see some kind of conneciton between me seeing Mustang drivers rev their engines on a daily basis and racial stereotypes really has me worried about you. Go seek some help and get a life!

Hey John gonna be in Vegas I assume? I wanna chat with you. Look for the guy with the worthless nobody sign on his back :glugglug

TMM_John 11-26-2004 11:24 PM

Isn't Veterans Day one of the long time board retards starting shit with everyone about politics, what country is best, etc.?

Either way you've made it to my ignore. Enjoy it there, you don't have much company. At least you can feel special about that.

Now go play in the street and hopefully get hit by one of those engine rev'ing Mustang drivers.

Had no intentions of doing so. Does not accomplish anything.

Are you even involved in this industry? Do you own/run/work for anything?

Or is a "big secret"? :1orglaugh

Ponies are great cars, but you just can't beat a '64 1/2. The original is the one to have, no question about it. This is MY car, or at least my dream car, down to the interior color and everything.

Dildozer 11-27-2004 12:25 AM

I dunno, at first i was like WOW it rocks, then i got tired of looking at it, not sure there's something about it i don't totally like, i guess i'll have to test drive it.

The only one i'd probably consider is the Saleen, it's true everyone and their mom will own one. No fun in that.

As for the 02 M3 SMG, those run about 60k CDN compared to 32K for a brand new stang, so they don't really compare.

Illicit 11-27-2004 12:47 AM

I talked myself out of getting a gt and waiting for the svt model, but this thread is giving me problems. I want the new stang NOW... :( :helpme

I bought my first Mustang in 1995 - A 95 GT, Laser Red. Since then I've owned four other Mustangs...... A 66 Fastback, a 2003 Coupe, a 2004 GT, and now my 2004 Mach 1. I've also owned an Escape, and now a 2004 Ford Explorer. I've never had a single problem with any of these cars and not once have I brought any of these cars back to the dealer for repairs.

And yes, I rev my car at stop lights and it has nothing to with the size of my fucking penis. I get a little rise when I rev the engine and the shaker scoop shakes.

Pound for pound the Mustang is a great car for the average driver. For about $25k you can get a decent sports car with a V8 engine.

I'm have to run some errands today for Lightspeed Cash that's gonna bring me past our local Ford deal and I'll be taking one out for a test drive. I want to get a red Mustang with the red interior for my wife.

I do like the styling of the new mustang tho. First modern Mustang I truely like.

ricers have a ban habbit of doing that too in their little '90 civics

:1orglaugh I get that from ricers and the like as well. I actualy have a built 93 GT. I bought it new because it was the last year of that body style. Nowdays I see so many kids driving them I put it in storage and opted to drive my Super Charged Z06.

When that body style mustang is no longer the choice of kids I will yank it out of storage.
