It's like 3 minutes per pound. 10lb Turkey done and ready in 30 minutes and it BLOWS anything baked/broiled/grilled/smoked out of the water! :thumbsup

I have had the deep fry, and it is good, but I prefer to smoke them. And I mean the turkey, in a smoker. It takes for ever, but well worth it.
