    How is the US Dollar doing in Canadian money?

    I want to calculate how many lapdances I can get over there as I can here in NY

                          I actually got a little less than 1.16 today. That was at Bank of Montreal. It's a good time for us to visit the US, but not the other way around.

                              Man, in the good old days we used ot get .50 - .60 cents on the dollar. We used to go over the bridge into Windsor, exchange our money and party like rock stars.

                              Those days are gone for sure.

                                      I vaguely recall the Canadian dollar being worth more than $1 US back when I was a kid. At one point $1 Can = $1.25 USD.


                                      Judging by how things are currently going I would hazard it may come close or even happen again. THe Bank of Canada has been trying to control the value of the dollar but has not had any success as the USD keeps falling.

                                      THis really sucks since most of my online clients (for programming etc) pay me in USD based upon a rate that we agreed to back then. My new clients are paying a rate that reflects the changes....
