the best one i have used (and i tried them all) is http://www.chameleonsubmitter.com/
i like the fact that it doesnt let you over-submit to TGP's (so you dont get blacklisted) and a very nice database of TGP's and a nice manual submit list, not to mention, their Confirmer. Worth the $20.
