i'm not sure about the name of the software, but i think it calls "Promt" ... I think this is the one: http://www.allvirtualware.com/rusoft/promt.htm
I've heard few reviews; people say that this is a pretty decent translator. |

The only way to translate russian into any language is to hire the translator. Otherwise it will be broken translation, maybe without grammar mistakes, but with the big number of the stylistic ones.
