I have dealt with Mark too and had no problems.

There's a language barrier, so I bet that's the problem here. I've worked with Mark in the past and still do for some projects. He's only human, has several people to whom he delegates work in his office, and none of them have English as a first language, so there are bound to be mistakes, but he seems to be honest and makes good on those situations. I'm sure he'll correct this one too. If you want me to talk to him for you, let me know.

We have worked with Mark for over a year now. There has never been a problem that could not be easily rectified.
