I've got the first colour Sidekick (called the Hiptop here). I love it. It's extremely convenient. The SKII isn't available here yet, but I plan on getting it when it is.
The design is sleeker, the screen is more flush with the unit, and problem parts like the scroll wheel have been redesigned. The radio unit has been upgraded (meaning it'll get better reception and the battery will last longer) and a camera with flash has been integrated.
