I suppose its not possible that the content is infact from people who have actually submitted content to him ? Battuss the fact is, you don't know if that content is stolen or not.

I've seen those thong pics elsewhere. Come on now, some idiot can just grab some personal pics off a owners blog and submit it without the owner knowing, don't be that naive.


However don't act stupid and just because you have a notice saying you have to be the owner of those pics to submit them doesn't mean submitters actually follow that rule.

Its your own thing to run a risky business model but trying to deny the fact that a bunch of photos on your could have obviously been pulled from elsewhere is just plain stupid.

Do people? I'm sure some of them do, which is why I have a standing policy to remove any picture if I am notified that it shouldn't be there / the person who submitted did not have the legal right to do so.

But I've never received a single complaint (except for the baseless bs in this thread) so I assume that most of them are posted legitimately by people who took the pics themselves.

Maybe a site like RateMyThong.com ? That's the only other site of this nature that I even know of, and they have all submitted pics (in theory) as well ... however I've yet to see a single pic on there site which is also on thongpeak ... so ... ??
