Why was it called a Players Ball if there were no performers and it was just a party at a club playing a video with no open bar? What made it a players ball, the video?

It was called, The Players Ball Networking Event.

Like a meet and greet. It was a Players Ball because we had the hot chicks getting freaky, great DJ (on the radio in LA), a player atmosphere to sit and chill and I own the name Players Ball and felt like branding it more. It's more of a pre-party for January's Ball.

There's no minimum quota set for a Players Ball. It's not like there's a manual that says you must have big name rappers performing every time. I've always held that high standard over the last 6 1/2 years, but when these smaller trade shows pop up, it's a lot harder to raise the money in sponsorships, which then get paid to the artists.

So, in a nut shell, the vibe was a Players Ball, we've never bought drinks for guests in the past, we didn't this time, so that's the same too. We just raised enough money for a great DJ and had a private location in Santa Monica that didn't sell our place to the public. It was 100% industry.

In the future, I'll continue to raise the money for big talent every time. But if webmasters don't see the value in sponsoring a party at a smaller trade show, I'm shit out of talent money. And the reason they don't spend the money is fine with me because most people invested their money into Webmaster Access, dollars well spent. Since this party was a success, it shows that I can continue throwing them at smaller shows and they will evolve into bigger events. Gotta start somewhere, this was a new start for Webmaster Access Players Balls. Mission accomplished. Now I'll try and step it up for the next one.

But January, that will be over the top.
