the numbers they spam are generated randomly. it's a lot easier to do than to harvest numbers from message forums.
i get the same message, and i have no clue wtf it's all about.

HeHe I got an Icq prog that will spam every ICQ number from the ICQ directory as soon as you sign on it will spam you. It's pretty worthless but people do click on the url. No I dont use it
