CPanel Question (Default index page for all domains)
Does anyone know how to set a default index page for all domains hosted by a dedicated server powered by Cpanel?
Something like the 'under contruction / log in to edit website' page that many web hosts provide their users with when their control panel is powered by I believe enism. |

Do you have webhosting manager?
If you do then you can click on Skeleton directory and it will give you the default server path to change the index page for all newly created sites under that account. |

/root/cpanel3-skel
This directory is what will be used as a skeleton for new accounts. For example if you place an index.html file in /root/cpanel3-skel/public_html, and then setup a new account, that account with have a copy of your index.html in their public_html directory. Anyone know how I can access this directory? Can it be done somewhere in Cpanel or do I need to get the ftp settings from the admin? |
