Well I don't know. The rule changes each decade. In the 60's with hippie free love, it was probably more like the rule of 20's. In the 70's it was the rule of 1's. In the 1980's and 1990's it was the rule of 3's. Now it's probably somewhere in the 5's or 7's. General speaking.
