Same shit.. or a variation on it, happens almost everywhere.
There was a stink when Bush's "entourage" wanted some armed copter hovering over London when he was there - that was terminated. That visit also resulted in the Police Commissioner being "blunt" and that he did not want to see any more "secret service agents" with arms in London again. |

Trust Bush to try and get into a fight lol

seems like a serious breakdown in security if you ask me. so the president was unprotected for a short amount of time? and if he was, smart thinking on his part to grab one of his security guys and made sure he made it in with him. either that, or he got the heck scared out of him!!! :helpme

You may not like him, but you have to respect anyone who stands up for what they believe in, even if you don't agree. He's a Texan, and didn't like it when his boy was getting shoved. |
Is there a link or video on this? Seems too easy to speculate.

The moment Bush actually ventures outside the US... reality hits:-)
Welcome to the real world... Security stuff happens all the time, not just with Bush. It is fairly common to have guest security people stuffed in their place by host countries. They have no rights to *anything* in other countries. Bush has agreed to visit France next year and be a speaker at a conference being organised by a friend of mine. Tho, she sure wishes he never accepted the invite which sounds like it will end up being some political photo opp to portay a love for the French and show a "world leader on the stage". The background "rehearsals" are too embarassing for words :glugglug |

I 'd say it would be smart thing to take good care of the Secret Service Agents assigned to protect your ass.
Contrast that with "the BIG LOSER" Kerry who cussed out one of the agents in his detail. ..... |
I've thought about my previous post.
1) We know President Bush is a cowboy. 2) We know he's been through basic training, at least. 3) We know he runs everyday and is in pretty good health. All this considered, I'd like to revise my estimate up to 90%. That is, I bet President Bush could beat up 90% of this board. |
