A Very interesting response to a simple counter that was installed. A Completely freehosting with a counter that was placed there specifically to eliminate cheaters and provide webmasters with even better service gets booted.
It exactly takes out .0003% of clickthroughs ;-)
You cannot check the stats as of YET, however that's the plan. ;-)

it doesnt bother me personally because I like ARS's service, but it sucks that webmasters weren't told first. I'm sure some people already had counters on their galleries and to add a second (or third) one makes for more of a traffic leak and a slower page.Comment

What a bunch of Whiners....
What would be the point of telling you...?? Would you stop using them..?? Would you remove your counters seeing as how the new counter couldn't be used for stats..?? Of course not !!! Get over it. If you are worried that a counter is going to hurt your sales for the month you may want to reconsider your profession.
I can't wait til they get it set up where I can check the stats... that way I wont have to go thru the hassle of adding a counter.

Counters DO NOT need to slow down pages... just don't put them at the top or even in the middle - and don't put them in tables. Bury the fucking thing on the bottom of the page.
Counter companies tell you to place them on top for the most accurate stats because they want the surfers to see it of course. In reality it is just a load of crap. What is the point of counting a surfer that doesn't even let your page load...??

WTF? Who cares about a measly little counter? The bannerless free hosting at bestsexhost.net is one of ARS's many cool features, although I hardly use it since I have damn near 100 domains of my own. The point about 2 counters being a problem with TGP's is a good point, but I believe Tukhman said that we will be able to see the sexcounter stats in the future.
