145 over 120 ...anyone wanna place bets on how long till i drop? im fucking 18 years old.. i just lost alot of weight too, went from 220 to around 170 ... im near 6ft.. place your bets  |

oh shit guys.. nevermind.. i fucked up the first test because i told my mom and she is a nurse, she was like "what the fuck, you would be dead and if that readout was right, we are going to the ER"
i retested and came up with 113 over 85 |

mine was 155 over 105 a couple months back. i ended up with a mini-stroke.

The thing that concerns me is the fact that you lost 50 lbs recently. from 220 down to 170? damn yo, i would see a doctor about that shit.

One thing to consider is that our blood pressure changes constantly, depending on what you are doing, if you are stressed or not, if you just ate, if you are making love, if you are sleeping or just sitting down and standing up.
A high blood pressure single episode doesn't mean you are hypertense, it could have been axiety, smoking too much, etc. To actually know what is going on your doc will surely indicate a test that involves having your blood pressure checked every 15 mins or so during 24 hs, writing down everything you are doing. A good thing to do is to drink a lot of water and reduce sodium a little bit in the meantime. I had 220 110 at 23 yo and I am not hypertense, I am usually at 120 70  Nik
