With a guy, shaking hands feels natural, professional. With a girl, it just feels wrong. I keep thinking I should be giving them a hug, or kiss on the cheek, even ones that I work with.

Of course, there are girls that I'd rather not touch at all, but I'm just speaking of women generally.

It's know it's feel's weird. I even meet chicks on a social event and shake their hand at first If I don't know them.

It just comes natural to me. THe only thing I do different is shake their hand gently

The only thing is it will make women feel at ease!!! It's a formality if two parties don't know each other. But if they want to kiss and hug on the first day they were introduced, there's no problem with that.
