Puerto Rican Day Parade 2004 Footage Now Available
Three years and running now.. and over 100 satisfied customers.. I bring you the long anticipated Puerto Rican Day Parade 2004 content.... This content was shot during the PR Parade in NYC. I believe it's banned now because Kramer accidentally burned the Puerto Rican flag with a cigar.
