I need a good flash freelancer for a project i'm working on. I already posted my project on some freelance websites like www.getafreelancer.com and guru.com. But that doesn't work.. Those guys really can't do shit, the only thing they try to do is screw me.

Anybody an idea where I can find a good flash freelancer who knows something about programming too?
