I live in South Carolina, USA. And around here teachers don't get paid shit. They start at a salary of around $22,000 a year and get very minimal salary increases. My mother in law has been teaching school for 15 years and she still makes less than $30,000 a year.Originally posted by Mike33

Actually the USA owes other countries over 7 TRILLION and it means a hell of a lot. They don't make it sound like it means a lot on TV, but talk to an economist, it could become a massive problem.
