CSI: Crime Scene Investigation (the original, not the NY and Miami crap) is the most brilliant TV series ever invented. Last week I finished a 2-week marathon (thank you, Netflix) of 4 seasons.

Yeah but I'd pay to see David Caruso fight Gary Sinise. Not even fight. Just a staring contest with lots of scowling and grunting. Now that's Pay-Per-View!

Oh, CSI does kick some serious ass but don't believe everything you see. Trust me.

definately can't believe everything you see....i'm a criminology major and i've taken forensic classes....i'd LOVE to see a lab that looked like any of the labs in any of the CSI shows...plus theres no way in hell you can just walk into a crime scene with your regular clothes on...at least not here in canada...here you gotta wear some funky outfit that looks like a space suit.

It's the only show in TV where I could watch reruns over-and-over again. W/o getting sick and tired of it. It's good to know that the original cast are back for the new season. I was a bit troubled when d new broke dat two casts were almost got fired from the job.

I just recently got hooked on it. Thankfully, there are reruns on every day. The great thing is you don't absolutely have to watch them in order to know what's going on. I'm gonna be renting all the seasons of CSI and CSI: Miami.

An episode actually just started and I'm watching it right now

For the record, I also like Miami and NY.

I agree, the show is wonderful and the story line is out of this world.

They have the CSI Miami reruns on A&E on Sunday nights and the original CSI reruns on Spike TV. I like Grissom the best.

CSI is my favorite show. Very happy with CSI NY. CSI Miami I have trouble getting into - Caruso went to the William Shatner school of acting.

They and their fucking Luminol. Can you really find blood stains after 5 years?! Creepy.

However, criminals now have a better source for better crime tactics (use bleach and luminol isn't effective... something like that).

David Caruso is so intense! He'll like stare a person dare down, sorta shift the tilt of his head and then threaten to get them no matter what because he knows they are guilty.

I do like the shows, though half the forensic stuff they do is bullshit. It's all about fantasy anyway....

Sure he knows, he read the script!

Nope - the forensic stuff is mostly real, just "enhanced" (DNA takes Greg 10 minutes, etc.)
