If it is a signup by check, those remain pending until we get the confirmation from the bank for the sale. Our stats update shortly after midnight, is that when you see it reset?

Most people confirm within 3-4 days, so it takes a few days for your confirm ratio get to its average mark. If it takes them 2 days or 2 months to confirm, you still get credit. We also send out a reminder email in 3-5 days if they have not yet confirmed - that helps boost your conversion ratios.
