i used to be the other way around, up all night never sleep, now i take sleeping pills, i goto bed at 11-12pm every night.

what pills do you take? i can't seem to get my ass to sleep unless i've been awake for 24hrs or longer.

Has happened to me before, just going from the extreams at each end of the scale. You sleep lots, you get over tired. You dont sleep much, you dont often feel like sleeping.

Why is it so hard to find the middle ground.

too much sleep is too bad, makes you tired and tend to stay in bed abit longer. 8 hours of sleep is enough to revitalize the energy lost. i longest i had was 12 hrs, beyond that, i get headaches.
