I quit a two to three pack a day habit about 6 months ago. Just use the nicoderm patches, drink lots of water, and take naps every day. After the first week, you'll be fine.

I stopped smoking over 2 weeks ago, using Commit Lozenges 4Mg. They are basically like a "Tums" that you suck on when you get cravings. I was smoking 2 packs a day and they worked wonderfully for me.
