Just figured I'd tell everyone, it wasn't the transmission in the van at all. It looked like transmission fluid because it was power steering fluid, and apparently they look almost idendical in our vehicle. The problem was fixed, all under warrenty, they even ate the cost of the tow, and replaced some worn out bushings, as well as washing the car. Dodge may not have the greatest trannies, but their service was sterling.

That's great that it was all covered by warrenty.

Some places rather make blame on the victim that it was cause by human error/wear and tear, and make you foot the bill.

They realized we couldn't have gone too wild, we've only put 11,900 kms on the thing since we bought it in January

And we'd had it serviced regularly.

He's been in Biloxi for the past several months and can't post on adult boards from the USAF computers. He moves to his permanent station in Japan in March and will able to once again view porn - oy

He'll be home in 1.5 weeks for the first time in 7 months - I CAN'T WAIT! I haven't seen him since the end of July

in a lot of cars, power steering fluid IS transmission fluid. I think my old golf used AFT (automatic transmission fluid) for power steering. I'm not sure what the fluid is in my honda though. I just let the dealer take care of everything.
