The US Forest service has it's own set of rules that are mainly for enforement of natural resources. Rangers don't have the ability to arrest anyone. They have the ability to detain, cite, and if necessary hold for county law enforcement if a misd of felony is committed.

I crash enough when i'm sober, to do it high i think i would end up killing myself.
