When I ordered whoisguard for coupel domains they tried to upsell me like 20 different things . Fuck that I aiin't using them for new domais no more

Lol, tried any new registrars lately? They all try and upsell you something. I've got 100+ domains with registerfly. They have one of the best domain mgt interfaces and tons of free services and others at great prices.

That's brand new ... I just changed the lock couple days ago and it wasn't like that

Registerfly is great, all registrars will try and upsell you something, I bought the whois package, pressed next.. scrolled all the way down and there is a large button saying NO THANKS. It's not that difficult, other registrars hide the button somewhere until you click on an upgrade =/

I have 100+ random domains with registerfly, and they do suck to some extent IMO. All is good, untill you need some "real" support and help. They also hide the amount of credits you have left for the URL Guard/Whois Protect if you ordered in bulk which usually means a normal person will end up reordering more.

The expirefish service is also a waste of $100.00, since it has a .000001 snag rate.

They changed their interface ... and now you can see how many whoisguard you got .

But the new interface includes more upsales then ever ... that's very new ... less then a week old

just use them as a cheap registrar and nothing more. i avoid expecting anything out of them, and call and bitch when their backend fails to impliment my simplest requests. they usually take care of it pretty quick.

When is the last time you were inside their members mgt system, they've had the same upsells for quite some time. I do agree their expirefish service is a waste and their live support can take forever to get to you.

They are awful...

may just be bad luck but they missold me stuff (invoiced for hosting and provided a huge mail hosting account instead)

tech support was horrific - couldnt answer anything and tried to avoid paying money back + compensation by claiming ignorance
Even took them 3 months to fix a domain resolving problem depsite over 30 tickets and emails
Wasted 1500 bucks with arguably the biggest piece of shit company i have even dealt with

total and utter muppets and their interface annoys the shit out of me

it may cost me a couple hundred of bucks a year extra but i stick with Directnic who are clean and very userfriendly
