      Not a problem with me. I have 3 full walk in coolers with thousands of lbs of beef, pork, poultry, etc...

      Ive got hundreds of lbs of dry-aged (4 weeks) prime New York Strips. (worth $40.00 per lb, best beef in the world - better than Kobe)
