They had some good stuff and the GodFather tie-in was pretty neat at the end however...the writing in the last 2 or 3 years has been pedestrian at best.

I haven't liked them since Matt Groening left. They slowly got less funny over time and then political commentary came in, which killed off what little there was left that I found worth watching. Are the Simpsons funny again?
